When am I able to move into my unit?
If we have a space available that meets your specific needs, feel free to move in anytime during normal access hours.
What documentation do I need in order to rent a space?
Please have a valid government-issued photo ID. For example, a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis, but keep your unit for as long as you need.
How do I make a payment?
Pay in person at the office or make a payment via our website. Create an account or sign up for autopay and your payment will be automatically deducted from a checking account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Am I able to purchase a lock?
We have both key lock and combonation locks avaialble for sale.
How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Use a storage calculator or call the office for assistance.
What am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Contact us if you have questions regarding a specific item.
Is the facility safe and secure?
All of the time. Rent a space and you’ll be given a passcode. Enter the code into the keypad and come right inside during access hours. We also have video cameras that record all activity 24/7. Our security features help us maintain a safe and secure facility year-round.
